Van Uitert’s Robot Packer automates the placement of products in boxes, trays, or crates. The packer is designed based on your specific product type, packaging format, and capacity. In addition, we develop custom grippers so that even unstable or irregular products can be processed accurately.

During the design process, we take into account all products to be processed, including variations in size, weight, and stability. If desired, we can also anticipate future product types, so that the gripper can be easily adapted to them later on. This ensures that the machine remains flexible, even if your product range changes.

Yes. When unpacking, the robot places products on a drop table or directly into the line, fully synchronized with the speed of the conveyor belt. This prevents disruptions in the flow and minimizes the risk of products falling over or being damaged.

The Robot Packer can process up to 10 packing strokes per minute. The total capacity depends on the size of the gripper head and the number of products processed per stroke. During the design phase, we can also take future expansion possibilities into account, so that the machine can grow along with your production needs.

To ensure that the Robot Packer continues to function optimally and has a long service life, we recommend performing annual inspections and maintenance. This includes replacing oil, lubricating moving parts, and checking mechanical and electronic components to detect problems early and prevent unexpected downtime.
