Thorough cleaning of your packaging

The Gripper rinser is specially designed to thoroughly clean and/or rinse your packaging in-line. The packaging is fixed between gripper belts and rotated 180 degrees with the opening facing downwards, after which it is cleaned with water and/or (ionized) air to remove unwanted particles. During cleaning and rinsing, the packaging does not leave the production line, so no valuable time is lost.

The Gripper Rinser is adjustable for different heights and diameters and is suitable for:

  • Glass bottles
  • PET bottles
  • Jars
  • Cans
